Because our baked goods are made fresh to order, we have a limited refund and cancellation policy. Please review the information below before placing an order.

Custom & Pre-Orders

• All custom and pre-orders may require payment in full before your order is confirmed.
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup may be eligible for a store credit toward a future order.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

Same-Day & Pop-Up Orders

• All same-day purchases, pop-up sales, and event purchases are final sale.

Quality Concerns

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with the following:

• Your name and order details
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the item if possible

We will always do our best to make things right when reasonable and appropriate.

Pickup Policy

• Customers are responsible for arriving during the agreed pickup window.
• Delayed pickups may affect freshness and quality.
• Orders left unclaimed without communication may be forfeited.
