Because our baked goods are made fresh to order, we have a limited refund and cancellation window. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Custom & Pre-Order Items

• All custom orders and pre-orders require payment in full at the time of ordering.
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup/delivery may be eligible for a credit toward a future order.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup/delivery are non-refundable.

Same-Day / Ready-to-Sell Items

• All same-day purchases (pop-ups, markets, in-person) are final sale once the item has left our care.

• Description of the issue
